Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat inaugurated smart toilet trial at Monas and City Hall Transjakarta shelters.

This is still trialed. So it is free until three months ahead

Djarot explained the sophisticated sides of this smart toilet are its automatic lamp and exhaust fan system, toilet usage data collecting, water level indicator system, water usage efficiency, rush sensor, and SOS button.

"Under this toilet is equipped with water waste management system," he said, Monday (10/9).

He added, not only clean and smells good, this minimalist designed smart toilet is also eco-friendly, disabled-friendly, and anti-vandalism.

"PD. PAL Jaya has been studied and held research to make a good standard for this in quite a long time," he mentioned.

He stated, to use this toilet, Transjakarta bus users must go through card tapping system. 

"This is still trialed. So it is free until three months ahead," he added.

He asks PT. Transjakarta to propose other Transjakarta bus shelters which have many passengers, especially at corridor 13, to get smart toilet facility.  

"I ask Mr. Budi Kaliwono to propose our busy bus shelters to have a good toilet facility," he closed.
